Request account deletion

Use this form to ask Altair Solutions Private Limited to delete your ALM — All Legal Matters account, and the personal data linked to it.

What happens next

01You send this formWith the mobile number and email address registered on your ALM account.
02We confirm it is youWe match the request to your account, and may contact you on that number or address before we act on it.
03We delete your accountWithin 30 days of your request. We write to you when it is done.

What we delete

Your name, mobile number and email address — and, for an advocate, your enrolment details and the chambers or firm you practise with.
The matters you added, and the documents you uploaded to them.
Your case diary — its notes and tasks.

After you delete your account — personal data is erased within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

What we keep

Financial records — invoices and payment records are kept for the period tax and company law prescribe.
Diagnostic logs — kept for a rolling 180 days, then discarded.
Court records — orders and case details taken from the public eCourts record are public records in their own right. Deleting your account removes your file, not the court's.
